Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

Boldin offers multiple subscription tiers so that everyone can find the plan that is right for them. Subscriptions are billed annually. Our standard PlannerPlus subscription includes a 2-week free trial period.

To cancel your subscription, write to customer_service@boldin.com including the email of the account in question.

Requests received within the trial period will be processed within 48 business hours. The subscription will be canceled before being charged.

We do not offer prorated refunds. Requests submitted after the free trial period will be processed within 48 business hours. The subscription will be set to not renew for another billing cycle. Users will retain their benefits until the day of the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions without a free trial are not available for refund.

Processing and Payment

Upon submission of your payment, you will receive immediate access to the software. Prerecorded classes are also immediately available. Live classes are given at multiple times each month per a schedule. Coaching and access to a financial advisor may be scheduled at your convenience per the availability of the professional.

We accept major credit cards, including VISA, AmericanExpress, MasterCard and Discover.

If your initial payment authorization is later revoked, your subscription, product or access will be terminated. Contact our Customer Care group if you believe your access was terminated in error.
